It has been almost 3 months since obtaining possession of our new home.  We are so grateful and extremely happy, and we have Kendell to thank entirely.  When my spouse and I first decided to start the journey of finding our first home, we weren't sure of exactly what we were looking for, or even where.  Kendell was always available to hear our different ideas and was so patient while we acquired our groove of viewing the 15+ homes.  We wanted someone who would be honest with us, and make us feel they were on the adventure with us, not just steering us towards certain homes or prices.  This was our first home. We purchased our 1st house with Kendell and it was an incredible experience all along the way. Just prior to purchasing our house, Paul and I both started to think of settling for 2nd best and compromising some of the things we wanted. Kendell would always echo, don't worry, you'll find the right house. You'll know. She never gave us any pressure to purchase prematurely.
